Good Morning!

Hello to everyone!

Both SForce and Raistlin extended a very warm invitation to me to visit your clan, and I've finally found the time to drop by. Some of you I know, and hopefully, I'll get to meet the rest of you soon.

For those of you who don't know me, well, I'm Digger, or PansieMan. I've used both names in DC. Either/Or is fine. Or just plain Brian, if you wish. I answer to pretty much anything.

I've been around DC for a spell. I don't even know how long. Longer than a lot of people, not as long as some. Basically, I'm an old fart, but not a really old fart.

Rather than just blather on and on, I'll just list a few relevent or interesting things about me, and if you wish to know anything else, please feel free to ask.

I'm a DC Moderator. I keep the boards clean.

I've had approx. 70 DC characters at one time or another. I don't even remember where they all are anymore...lol

I've led a top 5 clan in the past (PansieClan), and I was an interim leader of two other Clans (Bloodfin and Coalition of Peasants)

I've given up on DC out of frustration. I now play other games for my amusement.

I really am an old fart, I turned 40 in May.

I used to teach Algebra and Calculus to grades 10-12.

I have 25+ years of RP experience, structured, free form, and nexus. I'm not really a big fan of much of what I see. It's all too hyperdramatically serious for me. I prefer a lighter sillier style.

I'm a current resident of Nebraska. I was born and raised in Kansas. Yes, in many ways, I'm a Redneck, and yes, I'm rather proud of that fact.

My two favorite football teams are the Huskers and whoever's playing Oklahoma.

I wear a size 11 shoe, and coincidentally, a size 11 ring.

I'm basically out of interesting things to say, if you can't tell.

I'm glad to see you stop by to DG . Make yourself at home, have a drink on us! Even if it was only around before we were born (Your RP alone is more than the Max age here? Maybe?)

Congrats on the big 4-0 by the way! I assure you that you are NOT over the hill yet .

I do remember PansieClan! I'm 18, been playing since i was 12 and i do recognize Pansiclan. I think you're one of the first vet's i recognized as well. However I didn't know you were a DC moderator, very nice

I'm a size 11 shoe as well but don't have a ring yet (only 18 ) so i'm not sure what kind of ring i'd be yet.

Well, DG is a very loose and fun atmosphere to be in. We are serious when the time calls for, but for the most part we do have a lot of fun with our spamming and useless/fun conversations. If you'd like to check out some posts to see how we are you are, of course, more than welcome to. We are all guilty of spamming haha but even though it isn't related to the original topic we still have fun topics to talk about.

I'd prefer it if you didn't refer to me as a 'Vet'. To me, a 'Vet' is someone who fought in military service for their country. A vet isn't someone who sits on their tush and plays a silly game for a long time. I think it's a disservice to those who have earned the title of Veteran.

Nope, I've never been in Military Service, but I have a bunch of respect for those people who make it safe and possible for me to sit on my butt all day long and fart around on the computer.

And I apologize for not responding to your invite Dylan. I try to get around to new places, but I tend to be forgetful.

Dig! Nice to see you here. As a matter of fact I am a DC vet and military vet. I was in the Navy and was in Iraq. I'm glad to hear your enthusiasm for the service and the forums. RPing is great, but time consuming. I wear size 12 shoe, but 11 ring.... i think. I remember Pansy Clan as well and hope you show up more often here. It's good to see that we connect with a greater age group then just teens. We're here for everyone and hope to see more and more conversations with those who are intellectual and don't always talk about poop. !
