I like the second idea, but the first one gives a general leadership/council in place during war/RP's
i think atleast 1 main general/leader is needed, then leaders of divisions.
also we dont have many RP'ing members to fill all those spots

It is true that we'll have a lot of positions open. I was thinking about that when I was making the lists.
So, we'll go with the high council part, and figure out the generals.
The rest is still open to debate, I guess.

I'm an assassin. I you want to include me in the military. I stay at home base most the time though. I could be the assassin general, or something like that. I just wanna be involved.

Everyone that wants to be included will be. But you'll still have to fill out an application for that position. If there are multiple members wanting a certain position, there will be a dispatch in which the competitors will RP a battle using set dice as I described before.
I was waiting for Krasor to get back with me on the heirarchy, but he hasn't yet, so I'm going to go ahead and post all the information, rules and application so we can get this thing rolling...
