I bake, cook, clean. I'm just the guy who's had to fend for himself all the time. I learn things quick when I put effort into it. The prospects of eating make it easy to learn cooking. Now that I'm on 2nd shift my wife has been missing my home cooked meals for her. Last time I made this pasta dish with mostaccioli noodles, alfredo sauce, and a polish kielbasa. I try to have something home cooked for her on my days off now. That dish was so good she asked me to make it again tomorrow. She even went out and got the ingredients. She's never been that involved in my cooking before. She must really miss it, lol.
