Ok I"m gonna be referrin to the beginning stuff since I missed all this.........
Castle permits and unicorn pendants? Bah! back when I was that low I couldn't afford a permit and their was no such thing as pendants. I fought my way in!
Secondly if yu level with Tithe not only do you waste money but you'll have really REALLY poor stats.
Thirdly, I don't quite remember but isn't forest and goblin mound the same level range?

Forest is Level 8 I want to say? (Someone please verify that) and Mounds are level 12
Yes marks were harder to come by and such back in the day, but I started out as a squire when you choose that ability when you first made your character. Thus no need for permits and pendants.
