You can talk to Morge if you want, ask him about it. And talk to Saf and ask her about hers. You don't have to join instantly, I would give it some thought

LOL... You dont have to join any faction if you dont want to... That is your decision, and only yours...
You can visit both factions, and see if you like them, or create your own, or again, be neutral, again, your choice!
