About Mole's questions:
4. Sound can only exist if it has a receiver. If no one's around to hear it, technically it never existed.
8. A version of the rules say that a 500 dollar bill is to be placed in the center of the board at the start of the game. From then on all money that would be collected for the bank, such as taxes, bail, chance/community chest card payments, would get placed in the pot as well. When someone lands on free parking they get the whole pot. Another 500 is put back there and build up again. That's how I always played it. Also I have it on the computer and use those rules. It can get you out of a bind sometimes.
