actually yes they are.Poncho Villa's only downfall was he had a standing army, which meant that the entire army traveled where they were needed, and stayed there until they were needed somewhere else, which lead to Poncho Villa's downfall. But during his reign, right up to the end, he and his men were a force to be reconed with, quite a formidible foe of anyone who stood in their way. And Poncho Villa had a keen sense of military strategy and was a born leader, all ingredients for military prowess.

Mexicans just have a knack for military situations, if they concentrated on training soldiars and increased their army enough they could quite possibly take on the U.S.
