I have created an idea for new awards. If you look in my title area you’ll see the ribbon form of medals. On top is the Co-Leader, then Seneschal Achievement, bottom row is Medal of Wits, then Charm and Guild with 2 bronze stars. I’ll be updating the awards list with what I have come up with so far. I’ll make more based on everyone’s suggestions. If you have something to add I’ll be glad to hear it. Also be sure to let me know what you think of it. I can make sig pics with the medals as well if asked. Let me know what you all think of this please.

im sorry about that, u may delete those posts nd leave ur original, my apologizes.
i support ur idea for new awards added along the way when we get more members. we should wait on sum of those awards.

np. I didn't understand that myself. I thought you may have unlocked it, lol. It's still locked, but any blue named member can quick post. I do want new ideas. I'm gonna keep a list of what will be added in time. Sooner or later I'll use them all.

Hey would you look at that. I'm sure I've seen those before. Oh yeah! I made all that for my clan years ago.
Well if you plan to steal from me you could at least give me a little somethin somethin. Make me a sig with the medals in it and the ribbons in my name and I won't press charges for copyrights.

Alright Morge I'll try to get to that. I still have to update mine. I also have to decide if we'll have 2 coleaders and who they'll be, or what to do for the highcouncil. Lots of things on my plate and making your sig and ribbons is not top of my list, Morge. I'll get to it when I can.

Leader
Co-Leaders (could jus be coleader)
Administration
Council
I can change Administration to HC if ud like

Maybe we'll hold off on titles till we get on track again. Once the site is where we like it we can establish a chain of command.

K. Got jobs and looking to make awards for jobs as well. That way there is something to strive for as a title holder. It's not just, "Oh yeay, I'm a recruiter. I get to wander around and tell ppl about us. I'm not really that important."
Every job will have something for it so that you can have an award no one else has. Some jobs will have 2 ppl doing them though, so if you have a job you may still get a secondary job as well.
