me and my band played a battle of the bands yesterday as a back to school special... and it was at a church im the singer in this band, i drum in another band.... but anyway, the rule was no moshing/two stepping/"dancing"... the first two bands are pussies and told ppl not to mosh... i switched it up a little first song, i told everyone to open up a pit and get  ing crazy! every church person in the back got all wide eyed and literally went crazy! they called the cops on us and we got caried out : p woo! we basically killed the battle of the bands, everyone there left after that... it was awesome oh and the cops were the ones that had to stop the mosh pit... the church administrators in the back couldnt do  to stop it... only pepper spray could do anything... most fun night ever!! |

well that depends on wether or not it was damage you did. you can't be held responsible for the audiences actions. they didn't have to mosh. they wanted to.

I say they just want someone to blame. They can't track down every individual involved, so they go for who they know was there.

well... the church offered to drop charges as long as we stated that we understood we were wrong... so we ended up paying a bunch of money lol whatever them man and SF, the band im singing for (the one that started stuff at the church...) is a hardcore band, we just play for fun and screw around, no one but the locals really know us, but whatever, its a load of fun and the band i drum in, were indie/alternative, and i wanted to try to get somewhere with it, but problems came up and our guitarist quit... so eh but i'll take the first chance i get to play up in NYC just for u SF! uhhh, besides that, go watch superbad, its ing hilarious and anyone live in cali? im taking a roadtrip up there with a few friends... and if u have a place we could crash for a night... or two... lol we dont have a lot of money... so it's gonna be hard |
