Mage training gives you some wits, but I don't think you want to give up other skills for that

its good to have high wits, it helps you es your gear and prevent mezz

wits, in some ways r better to have, especially if u have high enough guts, like once u get over 300, deffinitly go for wits, but watch out for ur guys, 400 then ur good, 500 ur GOD!!
i have like 320 something w/ DT (idk i havent checked, he could have like 340 something for all i no)

well, i get mezzed all the time, my sage never works, and i also want to enchant my gear.... but i was reading around in the help section, it says that running away from strong creatures gives you wits... any1 want to prove this for me?

If you use a skill like mezz, backstab, swindle, or anything sage dosen't work
Yea I've gotten wits from running from things I didn't feel like wasting quests on, even rodents in the fields

Sage skill doesnt fully protect you, as it can run out unless you waste all your guild spaces on Sage, which is bad... Bezerk is by far the msot helpful, backstab helps too...

Sage is extremly useful, I have 6 and usually don't use them all up

just remember too dice with a small amount of marks, as the higher amount you use , the better the oppentents will be . dice and mezz an of course level up are the best ways too gain wits me thinks
