I think Paco should stay leader. Maybe make Raistlin and SF the co-leaders, or something. I think it's kind of wrong to give someone leadership when they've never been anything else. Not that ur nothing, just that you have no title to speak of and it's not right to promote someone so far up. If anyone is going to get leadership I think it should be a former leader, or a current co-leader. That's what a chain of command is all about.

That's what co-leaders are for, duh. If the leader is out a co takes over for the time. One leader then a couple cos just in case one of them aren't available.

Well GM is right. This whole post is out of wack. The Co-leaders should be the ones going against one another for the chance to be Leader. What ever happend to that system? It used to work that way when I first started here. The next time we have make a leaders vote should be between the leader and the co-leaders. I don't even know why we have two co-leaders now, but we do. HC has gotten really out of hand the past few months. You've even ben giving coucil spots for Spams and the Playground??? What is up with that. It should go down to the basic important jobs. like 2 Armorors, 2 Enchanters, 2 Item Suppliers, 1 Co-leader, 1 leader, Someone incharge of the HQ. That looks about it...
For now I think we should just finish this up here and deem a leader. Then the leader should take responsiblity and bring us a HC that actually matters and makes sense. If not... You might as well make everyone who isn't a newb a member of the HC........

I agree that we need some reorginization in matters of HC and stuff, once were reorganized things should be a bit better here, so lets announce it and end it already
