When last the tale was told we learned how Dezdemona was changed, how she became more than human. We saw how Krasor took her away deciding she would be his apprentice in order to teach her of her new powers in the hope that it would lead him to his goal. Now we start the story again..................................

~The air shimmered and a rift opened. From the rift a man stepped out carrying a young girl in his arms. They were about 5 miles form the nearest town far from Feltz from whence the came.~
"Well this should be an interesting prospect, I've never had an apprentice before........"
~The man wore the robes of a priest and had dark purple hair that blew across his face. He looked down at the girl with an intrigued look before setting her down upon the ground and looking over the area.~
"Well I guess only time will tell if things will go well......."

~The rift Raistlin opened is a corridor to unventured realms. Only a select few know of their existence. Now Raist is on the verge of traveling to new worlds. Then, all the sudden, he has the distaste of something crawling through his gut. Why is this here?~
"Damn you, Krasor. I will not be ignored. You don't take from me and run."
~He focuses his strength on the foundation of his lab. The ground rises up beneath him. A tower erupts from nowhere. It forms around his lab and is now a part of this realm. From here he has the focal point he'll need. He takes the stone he put on Dez and it now has an eerie glow of black in black. With a hand wrapped around it Raist closes his eyes and waves his hand. He pictures Dez and thinks of her with the feeling in his gut. A portal opens in front of him. He steps into it.~

~Dezdemona shifted on the ground slowly opening her eyes, seeing Krasor standin above her.~
"Huh? Who're you?"
~She slowly sat up.~
"And where am I?"

~Enveloped in the glow of the portal Raist opens his eyes. He is looking up into a sky. He sees Krasor looking down upon him. Then he hears a voice speak. Realizing it's Dez's voice he smiles internally.~
*I'm seeing through her eyes now. I must see where she is and maybe get a little more understanding of what he has planned.*
