They don't get any better when they become wives either. I have an interesting story that just happened.
So I was at work and she's always kinda been on me about it since I got this new job and it's on 2nd shift. She works 1st shift and we don't get to see each other much anymore. So I'm at work Sunday and I know she's off.
I send her a text asking her what she's got going on the rest of the day.
Sleep she says.
I ask for a favor.
What she says.
Could you bring me food?
I need to get some more sleep. I'm going to see my friend and she's having surgery tomarrow.
Alright, it don't matter anyways. Just thought you might be nice enough to do me a favor, but I know how important sleep is to you. I'll live till the end of my shift an just get something later.
Well it's not my fault! I didn't tell you to get a 2nd shift job. I never ask you to get me lunch!
That's fine. I don't care. I just can't leave my post and would have liked some food. Figured my wife wouldn't mind doing me a little fave since I hardly ever ask you to do anything for me.
Well I just don't feel like it, sorry.
And I'm sorry too.
Well it goes down like that and I don't see her last nite. She was fast asleep when I got home and I didn't bother her. I woke up and she was gone to work. I didn't hear her leave at all. I was too exausted. She gets on my ass about ignoring her through a text. Says I don't care about her. Well when I get home from work tonight I confronted her about it. Got her to finally confess everything about it to me. In the end I had her curled up in my arms on the couch saying she could go see me and then have to say bye. That she couldn't handle the thought of having to leave me at work. How much she misses seeing me and wishes I'd get on 1st shift so that we have more time together. I've been trying since I got the job, but she is so incredibly impatient and just can't foresee me getting it soon, but I can. So I talk her down and get her to bed. You wanna see drama just have me make a home movie and you'll be entertained for hours.

Psh... Ducks well in advance.... Ya all ever think sometimes the inability to connect on the same thought pattern, and comprimise on things may create the drama?  ?? What is the first thing you think of when I say, a nite out??? Getting drink and gettin laid right? Well chicks stress easier, or atleast dont hide it as well, so when we hear "a nite out", we think ..Ahhh have a few drinks, dance or socalize, and let off some steam with some friends..... Unless of course if your a nasty whore, then all bets are off. ;-P Thought patterns are different in men and women, we both just have to be smart enough to realize this, and figure out a way to communicate. Raist,... I dont know if this applies in your thing, but alot of men love having their women depend on them. If you are a independant woman, like me, and have a strong man that completely blows your mind, and wants you to relax, and not have to be so independant, and wants you to depend on him more, it makes it hard when the chick finally does, and depends on the man, and enjoys the time, and security she gets from him. ( chicks LOVE security) So when it all of a sudden goes away, it is a shock to the system. Kinda like taking the pacifier from a baby...Bring her a flower out of the blue tomorrow, or a candy bar, or something just to reinforce that you still love her, and want her to depend on you. Plus it shows her that you guys are not falling into a slump. End result for a happy girl Bring useless little gifts Show a little affection "act" like you are listeneng Let her win once in a while Have sex that lasts more then 10 min.. including foreplay Become a master at cunnilingus...(Most important) lol |
