Here are my reasons why the Phillies and Philly Fans and all stuff regarding this team made me laugh my ass off when they won.
1) Fans chant MVP for Cole Hamels when he tips his cap
--Well Philly fans, if you are so educated in baseball, you would realize that there are probably about 30 people ahead of him for MVP voting.
2) Fans chant MVP for Cole Hamels when he tips his cap
--He barely had a winning record in the regular season?
3) Philly fans celebrating
--I'm surprised they remember how to celebrate a championship, it's been 25yrs. WOW
4) Philly fans celebrating
--Well Philly police, if your city won a championship here and there your riots wouldn't be so big, your jails wouldn't be so full (for the night), and you wouldn't have to waste so much extra money for extra cops
5) Philly's "Big 3" (Howard, Rollins, Utley)
--I'm glad you got a good 2 hits combined in the World Series (ok thats sarcastic, they got 3 hits combined, sorry)
6) People who want Ryan Howard to be MVP
--Did the voters watch his postseason? Obviously people like Jason Wearth and Pedro Feliz are better than him when it comees to hitting in the clutch
7) Philly Fans
--7 for every 10 Phillies fans jumped on the bandwagon when they made the playoffs/World Series. (Proven Fact). Ask any of those 7 fans to name 5 players on their team other than Howard, Utley and Rollins they would have answered 2. Mike Schmidt and Shane Victorino (Just because his nickname is the Flyin' Hawaiin')
8) Brad Lidge fans
--Didn't you doubt him when your team signed him by stating how bad of a move this was? Let's just say he was PERFECT throughout the entire season. Again, glad you know your MLB.
9) Rollins
--Called out the fans in September because they booed him for doing bad. Well, Rollins, your lucky your team was winning in the postseason or they would have run you out of time. (Single digit hits in all 3 series doesn't get you far....ok another sarcastic statement, he got 11)
10) Picture on back cover of Daily News for tomarrow morning
-- Really? You choose that picture (Picture of catcher jumping into pitchers arms, but looks ugly as hell) You must not be use to winning, you got so excited you just threw a pic up there and went on in that riot (in which you'll probably get arrested)
11) Philly Sport Teams
--25years? It took you over 25 years to win a championship in any of your 4 major sports? (Not to mention you don't even have a MLS team....don't say MLS isn't a sport, all good cities have a team...hell salt lake city has one, why salt lake city but not philly?)
12) Phillys announcer announcing the Phillys won the World Series after the last out was recorded
--Sounded like you were dying when you were excited. Were you excited? Were you surprised it took 25 years?
13) Cubs not winning a World Series
--Random, not Philly related, but 105 years and counting Cubs fans, glad you suck it up even more
14) Phillys fans staying after the game to celebrate with team
--They couldn't fill out the bottom section of the stadium during their celebration. You all have work tomarrow and you have to go? Again this goes back to that 7 of every 10 fans comment. True fans stay and celebrate.
15) Philly fans, organization, team wanting Charlie Manual (manager) fired 2 years ago)
--You wanted him fired 2 years ago, you wanted him fired last year when you started 5-11. Now you love him, very professionally done.
16) Charlie Manual should win Coach of the Year.
--He changed nothing with his managerial style, was purely the players the GM added to the team. Give him the contract extension
17) Philly fans....again
--Wow,look at the streets of Philly now! More than half the fans that were outside 30min ago are gone and inside! Do they have work the next day? Philly Phaithful eh? (yes it's spelt with a PH in Philly cause they spell good) If you were faithful that riot would much larger since it's been 25years. Again 7/10 fans statement....
18) Everyone that picked the Phillys to come in 3rd place in the NL East (division they're in) at the beginning of the year.
--Wow weren't you wrong, look at the players they have? Do you really thing they're worse than the Atlanta Braves (came in last). No it wasn't the manager but the players are damn good.
19) Celebration in the locker room after the game.
--The second they came out onto the field to celebrate with the fans (that were left) none of them were dripping with champagne. It's been 25 years since your last World Series and this is how you celebrate?
20) Philly bandwagon fans that bitch at me because their team won and I hate the Phillies
--If you're going to torture me with your random taunts and acts of hatred please remember that I am not a Rays fan so thank you for shouting "Ray's suck" in my ear. Also note my #7 comment with this.
21) People who bitch at me because Phillies won.
--Congrats bandwagon people you were right on! Want to know what's funny, i predicted the Phillies to win in 5 games in the World Series before it started, don't taunt me with your nonsense knowledge about your team when I know more about it (and the sport in general) than you do.

--You're making the players (bench players by the way) sound like MVP players and heros. If they lost the world series you would have bashed them for being
. But because they won they're hero's. Not really. .201avg (batting average) with RPS (runners in scoring possition) in the World Series. Proving your team couldn't hit for (thats to say Rays couldnt hit for either).

NOTE: if you are going to argue with me, please don't say "it doesn't matter they won the world series you're wrong" because that's an excuse. All I hear when you say that is "I can't defend my team because I'm a bandwagon fan and you are so right with your argument that I had to use this stupid line to defend myself and win."
Saying ^^ that is like saying "Yankees have 26 world championships, they're the best!" Ummm yeah, great excuse to again say "I can't defend my team...."
