The question is should everyones rank be reset (aka HC rank, Coldr rank and ldr rank etc)
the question is asked because once we get a new ldr he decides everything, and i dont want everyone being a board mod. of everything (Cause it seems that way now)
Once we get a ldr whatever taht person decided to be co-ldr and all that stuff will assign ranks, but until then should we make everyone the same rank
NOTE!!:: not post rank, you still keep ur stars for that and # of posts

i think that the new leaders and co leaders should choose who gets what jobs, just because then new leader and co-ldrs could have new ideas about different people

but one person will have to keep control so that they can change everyones rank, so i think we should do this AFTER we decide upon leader

i also think that we should have a members only place that only the clan can discuss important discions ((the HC will have the final descion)) ... just my thoughts
