If you guys read the thread where we talked about RPG MAKER, then you know what this thread is about. I was going to explain the game I started making before my brothers broke the game.....
First of course is the title screen and stuff. The game was titled "The Dark Blade". It starts off with a prolouge scrolling across the screen. It talks about how these 2 gangs were at war with each other. A town ended up cetching fire. The town was nearly distroyed. A leader of one of the gangs felt sorry for these two young boys who's mother died in the fire. He takes them in and trains them how to be theives.....
Then The game starts. The opening scene was in a forest. I called it "Bandit's Camp". You automaticlly get control of the two boys and you start walking around. You talk to the other members of the gang to figure out where the leader was. Turns out he took an early stroll around the forest. The two boys leave the camp and search for him.
The next place is called "Bandits Pass". The boys walk through the forest collecting treasure and fighting monsters while talking to more members of the gang, but they come across 2 guards from town. They are looking for the master as well. You end up having to fight them. After that battle you continue through the forest. You end up fighting and even higher level guard (FIRST BOSS). After that you come across more treasure and more weak mosters, but then you fight the leader and he's fighting the King. The King himself came to the forrest to take the leader into custity. The leader ends up dying and as the forest gets set to flames. The King then leaves back towards town as the rest of the gang enters. They have no idea what happend. All they see is One of the boys covered in the leaders blood. The other boy kinda ran after the king a little, but not too far. Now the gang turns on the one boy and the other boy selfishly turns on his friend aswell. His always wanted to be leader of the gang and now he's gotten his wish. The one accused for killing the leader gets beat up pretty bad, but then the smoke gets intense and he's left to die. A bounty hunter comes and rescues the boy...
He wakes up in the towns Inn. He walks out of his room and into the bar area. Then he walks towards the enterance door, but he's yelled at by the Owner of the Inn. The person that saved him took him to the bar, but he didn't pay the fee. The boy had no money so he took off out the door. In seconds a potrol guard was after him. Another kid hidding in the aley pulls him in. They sit there and talk for a minute.... Then they are safe to walk around in the town. They need money to buy supplise so they see a wanted flyer on the wall in the aley. The wanted person lives somewhere in the town so they decide to get this guy. They go to his house, but the door is locked. The first buy being trained by theives finds a way in. The guy they are looking for ends up not being in there, but then they find a secret door under the house. turns out this guy is a mad scientist guy and he's mad something that the 2 boys are going to have to fight....
(I didn't get any farther, but I had the plans and everything written down. When I get out of Highschool I'm going to go into a trade school for video game design. I plan on finishing this game and making another one that I've been planning since I was 12. I'm 17 now and I'm still adding stuff to it. It's going to be like Final Fantasy, but with my own style to it. I hope that one day the game will get big and get turned into a movie. I first plan on turning it into a book, cuz thats what it is right now. A book and then a videogame, then a movie.)
