hmm that sounds interesting. will it make the site slower? if it doesn't affect it alot then we can try it sure. Health points can be set by admin's. By your rank/posts you get more/less HP/Attack etc? Hmmmm i like it CC very nice idea!  |

i know how to do those things So can I. I just finished coding a land and inn addon for the RPG on my site. I assume, just from looking at those posts, that in the proboard admin panel, there is a section for adding code into the templates. It shouldn't be too hard to do at all. And, SF, there shouldn't be any noticeable slowing of the forum. The code is relatively small and at most would add three or four database queries. |

Hey, I've seen trees do some pretty strange things before... then again, that was after about three hits of LSD. But I don't do that stuff... Yeah...
Anyway...
We now have a dice rolling option enabled in the Role-Playing section. You have to actually hit reply to be able to use it, however; it doesn't work in the quick reply. I've set the default number of sides to 20, but that can be changed within the post itself. I was thinking about assigning dice by some criteria, but I don't know what. I guess you guys could debate that aspect.
Also, there is now a simple RPG stat system installed. It's supposed to give you various stats based on post count, but I don't think it does. It looks like you just have to set the stats in the member's profile. I need to play with this a little bit, but it could definately make the RPs a bit more interesting.

Hmmm... I'm not sure if the add-on caused this, but I notice that there are changes in the reputations. Mainly PK's... I have no idea why he has -1,000. I'll take the code out if this causes too many problems.
