Okay, here is the whole deal all put together:
Each new character starts with: 100 Money 20 HP 10 MP 2 Stamina
If you have the following medals, your stats go up by the amount indicated. Each medal adds to your overall stats.
Clan Leader +5,000 Money +100 HP +50 MP +6 Stamina
Co-Leader +5,000 Money +100 HP +50 MP +6 Stamina
Leading Seneschal +2,500 Money +80 HP +30 MP +5 Stamina
Great Achievement +500 Money +20 HP +5 MP +1 Stamina
Medal of Valor +500 Money +25HP +10 MP +5 Stamina
Seneschal Achievement +0 Money +20 HP +10 MP +5 Stamina
Alliance Medal +500 Money +10 HP +5 MP +1 Stamina
Recruiting Medal +500 Money +10 HP +10 MP +1 Stamina
Medal of Fame +1,000 Money +10 HP +10 MP +0 Stamina
Medal of Wits +0 Money +20 HP +10 MP +5 Stamina
Medal of Guts +0 Money +50 HP +10 MP +2 Stamina
Medal of Charm +0 Money +10 HP +50 MP +2 Stamina
Medal of Guilds +0 Money +10 HP +5 MP +2 Stamina
When we're playing a story using the system, Krasor or I will come up with an appropriate stat rating for the enemies encountered. We can come up with a list of commonly encountered creatures/enemies later. [Example] In the game The Unseen, the wraith creatures could have the stats of: Money: 0 Health: 50 Magic: 70 Stamina: 4
If the wraith attacked first, and hit for 2 HP, I would have to lower my Health Points by two.
If I then attack, I would take my amount of stamina, say 9, and add [DICE=9] along with my attack. This will automatically roll a dice with 9 sides. The amount I roll is the amount of damage I deal to the enemy.
Like I said, the only problem with this is that it will be more like a pen & paper style RPG because there's nothing to handle all the hit point deductions and stuff automatically.
Any suggestions, or forseeable problems?

i like the idea and how it works
we can put after each post something like this:
*SForce struck the wraith with a light arrow, piercing it through its torso*
~Damage = (model you said)~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After This post
Wraithe: __ hp or *dead* SForce: __ hp
we should declare after each post the ammount of hp left by enemy especially, then copy that info to the next post if that enemy is still alive?
-also-
if we attack an enemy (and dont kill them 1st hit) they must attack us back or else we'd never lose HP. otherwise we need another RP'er to stop controlling their char. and control the enemy instead. Since we're all on the good side we have to have them attack us back so we dont have 100 hp all the time.
-also-
my char. has minor healing. If i use my healing in one post i cannot attack in the same post.
ex:
*SForce was hit on the arm, he dodged the second attack and bolted for cover*
"Asora qoya" he chants softly to himself (tis my healing magic)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Wraithe: 10hp SForce: 95hp
since i used healing i cannot attack in that same post. However since the only way i lose hp is if i attack a wraithe and they attack back, i can heal myself over and over as well as my commrades over and over and not attack the wraithe until we're all fully healed. Thus we need sum1 to control the enemy.
There r some minor kinks, but i like it alot! i hope it gets worked out!

That's kind of where I was going with this. I was going to suggest myself and Krasor, or the admin team to play the part of the enemies. Maybe set up a new member and give all the admins the login info so that they can control the enemy actions.
And, yes, we'll have to declare the enemy's updated stats at the beginning of the next post, seeing as there is no way to tell how much damage you will do until your post appears on the forum.

sounds good like what your doing, we should get like one person to always be the bad people... like krasor or someone?

That would be ideal, but it would also be a job because they'd always lose.

Ok, we'll def declare enemy stats at end/beg of each post
we'll also have an admin be the enemy. randomly chosen at beg of each RP? or volunteer?

We could choose by rolling the dice. We could either choose a number then have everyone roll, and the one closest gets to do it. Or you could do it by rolling a certain # of sides, and whoever gets highest, or lowest does it.
