i gave PK -1000 hahaha no worry about that. He wanted it lol Also post count is a good idea i like that. We should incorporate Post count for HP than ur DC char for other methods of the RP thing on the side bar. Is tehre a way we can use it for anything? or is that for bragging purposes? But the post idea is cool cuz im a good 200 away form 5k so my HP will b madd high! hahaha

Okay, the RPG stats will pretty much have to be an honor system. We'll have to come up with some base stats for characters, and also the criteria for adding points.
So, any input?

It seemed to have more options like we would need, but something in the code was all ed up. It displayed nastily in the user info part of the post, and was supposed to have an admin panel for setting the number of posts needed to advance in the categories, but the admin panel never showed its face. So, I switched to the first RPG system listed. This one looks much better, but has no admin settings, so therefore, like I said, is going to have to be honor-system.

Well basically, Paco, it's a system on the side that gives us Stats (as you see).
We can use this to RP, but we have to develope a system, im curious as to what the honor system is?

By honor system, I mean that each person will have to keep track of and change their stats accordingly, without cheating. It's a ty way to have to do things, but until I learn a little more about Proboards, we'll have to deal with it... or get rid of it. Whichever. It's not like we have to have it. If we use it, we have to come up with a system or it will just be pointless. Something like: Each new character starts with: 100 Money 20 HP 10 MP 5 Stamina If the player is a ranking official within the clan, there could be a bonus. If the player has achieved certain achievements in DC, there could be a bonus. (Like the medals we have, only the medals would also have a numerical significance.) [Example] A player has the medals: Seneschal Achievement +0 Money +20 HP +10 MP +10 Stamina Recruiting Medal +500 Money +10 HP +10 MP +5 Stamina Medal of Guilds +0 Money +10 HP +5 MP +20 Stamina Medal of Wits +0 Money +20 HP +10 MP +50 Stamina That player's stats would then be: Money: 600 HP: 80 MP: 25 Stamina: 90

Here's the bonuses I've come up with:
Clan Leader +5,000 Money +100 HP +50 MP +75 Stamina
Co-Leader +5,000 Money +100 HP +50 MP +75 Stamina
Leading Seneschal +2,500 Money +80 HP +30 MP +50 Stamina
Great Achievement +500 Money +20 HP +5 MP +5 Stamina
Medal of Valor +500 Money +25HP +10 MP +10 Stamina
Seneschal Achievement +0 Money +20 HP +10 MP +10 Stamina
Alliance Medal +500 Money +10 HP +5 MP +5 Stamina
Recruiting Medal +500 Money +10 HP +10 MP +5 Stamina
Medal of Fame +1,000 Money +10 HP +10 MP +0 Stamina
Medal of Wits +0 Money +20 HP +10 MP +50 Stamina
Medal of Guts +0 Money +50 HP +10 MP +20 Stamina
Medal of Charm +0 Money +10 HP +50 MP +20 Stamina
Medal of Guilds +0 Money +10 HP +5 MP +20 Stamina

I think that they're all great ideas.

I have another idea.
Instead of using higher ten-based system for the stamina, have it lower numbers. (instead of 50, have 5) That way, the amount of stamina you have could be the number of the sides of dice.
The total rolled would be the damage inflicted, or if needed, amount of success. If you make multiple rolls in a post, each successive roll would have one less side.
[Example (say Shadow's Stamina is 9)] *Shadow stabs straight ahead, gutting the thing in front of him, spins, brining his knife high, and decapitates the one behind him, then rolls to the right, slicing the achilles tendon of a third* [dice=9] [dice=8] [dice=7]
You can always also choose to award players extra stamina or something as experience, too.

This sounds like a very good idea.
Chaos if you want to incorporate this into RP's then that would be cool. I leave this idea to you. Of course we will help with anything you need, but if you wanna set up a system with this then we can do that and if you'd like you can develope it?
